Bolton Manor is all non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking and vaping are not permitted near any entrance doors. Smokers and vapers can utilize the parking lot during your event and a butt dispenser will be put outside at the edge of the parking lot where the sidewalk comes out.

Vendor Set up Policy

Vendors may set up the day of the wedding as early as 4pm if you have opted for a one-day package. Adding the previous day to your contracted event allows for Vendors to set up the day before between 4pm and 8pm.

How to Reserve The Manor

To officially reserve your date, Bolton Manor requires a signed contract and a deposit/retainer of $500.

Payment Schedule

After your deposit has been made, your payments will be divided up over one year before your wedding day.

• 25%- Due one year out

• 25%- Due 9 Months out

• 25% -Due 6 months out

• 23%- Due 3 months out

Do you offer catering?

Bolton Manor does not offer catering. You are free to bring your own food or choose your own caterer. If your caterer has not worked an event at The Manor before, we ask that they schedule a tour with us before your event.

Can I bring in my own alcohol?

Bolton Manor does not provide or sell any alcohol. You are free to bring in your own alcohol to serve to your guests, but you must either hire a professional bartender or hold on of your bridal party members responsible for bartending.

Is there a prep kitchen for the caterers?

Bolton Manor has a prep kitchen for your caterers to utilize in the lower level (Reception level) of The Manor with ample room for food prep. Though we have a prep kitchen it is not commercially rated so therefore caterers may not cook in our building.

Can The Manor host the rehearsal dinner?

You are welcome to host your rehearsal dinner at The Manor if you have opted to add the day before to your contract with Bolton Manor. More information about those packages can be found Here.

What are the table sizes?

Bolton Manor has 15 tables all measuring 6ft x 2ft 6in. Tables sit 6-8 people (3 on the long sides and 1 on the short). If all 15 are not needed the spare tables can be taken down and stored in the utility room.

Your wedding package at Bolton Manor includes access to The Manor from 10am to 11pm on your wedding day.

14 Tables and up to 85 Chairs. Tables and chairs come with the use of black table linens and chair covers for the reception. White and other color linens available at an additional cost.

85 White Chiavari ceremony chairs

Indoor ceremony and reception space. Ceremony space will doubt as a dance floor for the reception.

5 cocktail tables and folding chairs for the dance floor area.

2 Indoor restrooms

Event staff to help keep everything clean and running smoothly. Our staff also does all the major cleanup, so your only responsibility is pack up what you brought with you.

An Amazing Ceremony

Is Bolton Manor handicapped accessible?

Sadly No. Unfortunately due to the age and construction of the building we have no reasonable way to make The Manor handicap accessible.

Is The Manor decorated?

The Manor is decorated in the getting ready rooms with wall art and furniture. Other than a Cream or Black backdrop in the Reception Room the main spaces are left bare for your décor to steal the show.

Bolton Manor will always supply the not so fun stuff. Trash cans, trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap and hand towels are always on us and ready to go for your event.
